• Normal procedures for order payments are as follows:
• Orders are booked when payment is received unless a revalue occurs.
• Payments for regular orders are due within 2 days of placing the order. Postal date/ time stamps greater than 2 days from order date will not be honored if a change in valuation occurs. Sunday's are not counted.

IMPORTANT! Proof of identity is required! Federal Law now requires a copy of your proof of identity (driver's license or state-issued identification card) to be included with every order. FOR ORDERS TOTALING $10,000 (USD) OR MORE: Proof of identity AND proof of payment AND proof of tax liability are required within 24 HOURS! Federal Law requires not only proof of identity, but also proof of tax liability for any individual transaction totaling $10,000 (USD) or more. Therefore, if payment for your order is equal to or exceeds $10,000 (USD), your payment package must include not only your Proof of Identity (driver's license or state-issued identification card), but also your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) as well as the tracking number for your payment package.
